  • 1995 Mizuno All-State Selection as SS out of Centerville High School near Dayton, Ohio
  • 3 year playing career at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.(1995-1998) starting SS all three years at BGSU
  • Mid-American Conference Championship and Div.1 NCAA Regional participant Team
  • Selected 29th round in 1998 draft by Florida Marlins
  • Played 9 Minor League seasons as middle infielder, all with Marlins organization
  • Member of Portland Sea Dogs years 1999, 2000, 2001 & 2002
  • 2003 Double A Southern League All-Star and part of Southern League Champion Carolina Mudcats
  • Majority of career spent at Double A and Triple A levels, final years of career at Triple A level

 Strengths as instructor include:

  • tremendous feel, knowledge and love of the game of Baseball

  • advanced understanding of throwing, fielding and hitting mechanics – ability to work and connect with players of all ages and of all skill levels
