This two week event will cover rotator cuff exercises, conditioning routines, and a variety of body maintenance tips to get you and your arm through a long season. Learn what it takes to keep that velocity the same at the end of the season as it is at the beginning of the season.
With over one thousand innings pitched in his professional career, Mike will share the things he does to stay healthy throughout the season.
