We provide tunnel time to Little League, Babe Ruth, ASA, AAU, High School teams and individuals. Coaches, if you have practice and it rains do not cancel bring the team to Maine Hits.

This is a 3 week session that will provided the players a good foundation as the head into the season. Each week Agility and Conditioning drills will be incorporated. Hitting, Fielding and Throwing will be the focus during the camp.
3 week session 1 hour long:
Wk 1 Hitting mechanics, agility and cardio training,
Wk 2 Fielding. Throwing, agility and cardio training.
Wk 3 Hitting mechanics, agility and cardio training.

Sharpen your skills with the glove. Learn fundamentals, techniques, drills, and tips on how to become a better fielder. As a former professional baseball player including multiple years playing for the Portland Sea Dogs, Drew brings the experience needed to teach players of all levels.
Drew is a former draft pick of the Florida Marlins where he played nine seasons for the organization. Of those nine seasons many were spent at the AA and AAA levels. Drew was a Southern League All-Star selection in 2003.

This two week event will cover rotator cuff exercises, conditioning routines, and a variety of body maintenance tips to get you and your arm through a long season. Learn what it takes to keep that velocity the same at the end of the season as it is at the beginning of the season.
With over one thousand innings pitched in his professional career, Mike will share the things he does to stay healthy throughout the season.
