Want to improve your mechanics or just learn how to properly pitch the ball?
The instructor will emphasize basic throwing mechanics using the windmill motion including balance, proper arm path and proper follow though. Class meets for 1 hour each week.
Students are expected to provide their own catcher and bring the following equipment to each lesson: glove, and tennis shoes.
Classes are taught by Kelsey Griffin who has at least 15 years of pitching experience. Led the Scarborough Red Storm to a 22-0 record and a state championship as a senior, 2007 Maine Gatorade Player of the Year…2007 Miss Maine Softball and a Pitcher for SNHU Southern New Hampshire University 2009-2011
